Our service commences with an initial, in-depth consultation, during which we’ll establish your preference either for a traditional, themed or contemporary wedding, or civil partnership ceremony.

Whichever theme you choose, we will discuss a variety of options regarding venue, décor, budget and wedding day essentials to select from. Our aim is to assist you in putting together the perfect combination of choices.

We will then prepare for your approval a comprehensive plan, containing samples, colour schemes, prices, photographs and supplier details, from which we can advise and recommend as requested.

This will be presented to you at the second consultation and will include approximate costs. Once decisions have been made and the pricing finalised, we can then begin the pleasurable task of planning and designing your perfect wedding day!

Our wedding service can incorporate all or a combination of the following features:-

We can also co-ordinate your guest list and R.S.V.P.’s, seating plans, gift list and even arrange the location and booking of your honeymoon!

In short, whatever your individual desires, we can make it happen for you. An integral part of our service is to ensure that the planning and preparation is as enjoyable as the actual event, so to this end we will liaise with you regularly and will meet again to keep you abreast of every detail. Should you wish, we can also maintain a discreet presence on the day itself, to quietly co-ordinate the smooth running of the celebrations.

Weddings By II Cool's initial consultation meeting is free of charge. If, following our meeting, you would like us to prepare a full portfolio including the comprehensive outline and choices for your wedding, a fee of £600 would be charged. This fee is deductable from the total cost of the wedding planning service should you wish to engage us to fully co-ordinate your wedding.

Full wedding planning and co-ordination from Weddings By II Cool is charged as a percentage of the total wedding budgeted costs, (subject to a minimum charge).

(This fee includes a pre-arranged day during the preparations when, if you choose, we can assist with dress and accessory or any wedding shopping your heart desires)!
